This is an opportunity that will change the way you think and act. This is the start of something big.

After a long experience in the education business, I feel it close to my heart to find even more effective ways to respond to skills gaps in working life and at the same time increase productivity through well-being. We also want responsibility to guide our every decision. Avatars Intelligence was founded with the idea that we can create growth that respects people, society and the environment – using technology.
The virtual workforce revolution
We are developing role-based virtual workforce, avatars, which we see as a factor that is revolutionizing employment, the way work is done and democratizing digitalization for the benefit of everyone. The expertise of each Avatar can be tailored to be rock solid, the character to be charming and supportive to the well-being of the working community. They can be introduced to suit the industry, role, specific task, organization and team. With the help of avatars, e.g. the values can be strengthened, get more focused goals and develop the corporate culture in the desired direction.

Our operations will start on April 1, 2024
We are now looking for employees and responsible and courageous experts for our partner network. We start by interviewing managers, analyzing the results, and by the end of the year, we will assemble 1–3 pilot groups of pioneer customers, with whom we will embark on a joint journey to create and train a virtual workforce. Our focus is on responsibility work and our guideline is the EU directive CSRD on sustainability reporting, but we are happy to explore other possibilities for utilizing avatars.
